We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the work of Ms. Michelle Dyer on our recent purchase of our new home in Edgewater, MD. We initially worked with her to find and make an offer on a residence in Riva, MD. Ms.Dyer ensured that we obtained a home inspection from a highly qualified inspector who was able to find a number of substantial defects. She then negotiated on our behalf to get remediation for these defects and gave us wise council regarding the risks associated with these defects, which helped us to decide not to go forward with this purchase…She then helped us find the property at 17 Pennsylvania and initially used her expertise and skills to get us a very competitive price with substantial concessions in closing costs from the buyer… She helped us to obtain financing and worked with the financier to make sure that process went smoothly… the financing vice president of the lender noted to us that Ms. Dyer was the “hardest working realtor he had ever worked with”, and at closing, the title attorney noted that she had obtained extraordinary concessions from the seller on our behalf. We would also like to note that it is unusual for us to send such a letter as this, but her exceptional performance merited this appreciation of her ability.
