Throughout my professional career, I have been involved with high valued residential, commercial and multi-family properties in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia and the Carolinas for almost two decades: first as a construction manager/executive officer, general contractor, developer, investor, auctioneer and now as a Realtor®. As a result, I understand what it takes to render quality representation (under, at times, high-pressure circumstances) with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

On any given day, I can be found traversing the DC Metro area – from Maryland to Virginia and throughout Washington DC – all in search of properties and opportunities. Some agents like to focus on a particular neighborhood. I know its more work, but I pride myself in being up-to speed on what’s happening throughout the Metro area. As a result, I can better help clients assess alternative areas as well as a better overall knowledge of the DC Metro real estate market. My professional transition into the role of a Realtor® has been natural in many ways. In my quest for new projects and opportunities, I realized that I was seeing more properties than most realtors. Representing buyers and sellers of real estate seemed like a natural progression.

As a result of my multifaceted development and building experience, I am more equipped than most to help buyers, sellers and investors understand and envision property. Moreover, since I am an active investor in real estate, I feel I am more aware of the subtleties of values and trends in pricing than those who are just agents (and who are, in essence, spending someone else’s money).
