Kevin is a 20 year veteran of the Metropolitan DC area real estate industry and has enjoyed helping thousands of people achieve their real estate goals during that time. Prior to joining PenFed Realty, he owned & operated two local residential real estate companies. Since becoming the founding Principal Broker of PenFed Realty in 2006, Kevin has guided the newly established firm to sales of more than 1,800 units and over half a Billion Dollars.

 

Kevin is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina & the District of Columbia and also has extensive experience in mortgage banking, real estate investments, land development and residential construction.  Kevin is a Certified Real Estate Instructor in the Commonwealth of Virginia and has been accepted as a Qualifying Broker in the State of North Carolina. Kevin Wiles takes over 60 hours of real estate Continuing Education annually and is a member of 11 different Realtor® Associations at the national, state and local levels.

 

Kevin has gained experience as a Principal in multiple land development & housing projects and previously worked for the largest home builder in the United States. He has received numerous industry awards for sales production as a Realtor® and Loan Officer. 

 

Kevin grew up in Northern Virginia and is proud to have lived, worked and played in the Greater DC area for over 30 years.  He is a graduate of George Mason University by way of Herndon High School and currently lives in Potomac Falls with his wife and three children.  He is a supporter and Past President of Stop Child Abuse Now of Northern Virginia (SCAN) where he served as a Board Member for 9 years.
